Project Description: Concrete foundation for new-build home. 4550 sq ft living area and garage; 4"thick with #3 rebars 18" OC each way; 3000 psi concrete with 4" maximum slump (total of ; 4" prepared and compacted subgrade; 15 mil vapor barrier over subgrade; Perimeter footing 16"x18" (min) with (3) #4 continuous rebar; 1/2" anchor bolts at exterior walls @48" OC. Thickened slab for interior footings 18"x16" with (2) #4 continuous rebar;  Post and column footings with #4 rebar reinforcement; Depressed slab at garage and showers. Total of 110 cubic yards of concrete were used in this project.

Project Size (total sqft):
4550 sq ft home, 380 sq ft patio, 2700 sq ft driveway.

Specialty Tools Used: excavator, track loader, concrete power trowels, concrete boom pump

Time To Complete: 5 prep days (excavation, grading, rebar, vapor barrier, etc.), 1 day to pour main house, 2 more days to prep driveway and patio after home was built, 1 day to pour driveway and patio. Driveways and patios were poured separately after the home construction was complete.
